Self-Pay Therapy
Billing insurance/third-party for therapy can often impact the frequency, duration, etc. of your therapy. If I do not accept your insurance or you would prefer to not bill insurance, I offer a self-pay option.
I also offer “super bills,” which are receipts for therapy to provide your insurance for reimbursement.

Individual Therapy
Utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches. Viewing everything through a strengths-based and culturally responsive lens.
Emely is trained in the use of CBT for Postpartum Mood Disorders and Anxiety.
Sliding Scale
Cost can often be a barrier for accessing therapeutic support. Sliding options to make therapy more affordable are also available.
